2024 CYO Athletic Directors' Seminar Registration

  THE SEMINAR: The CYO Athletic Directors' Seminar will be on Saturday, September21 at Moreau Catholic High School, Hayward, with registration beginning at 8:00 a.m.
  
  TO REGISTER: To register to attend the Seminar, complete and submIt the form below. Please register by Tuesday, September 5.
  
  COACHES CERTIFICATION: CYO Athletic Directors and assistants will be certified to coach for the 2024-2025 seasons by attending the Seminar and by completing the following requirements:
  Log in to youir page on the Virtus website to be sure that you have completed the training course after October 1, 2021 and have been cleared by the Diocese of Oakland through livescan. Your page can be found on the Virtus website: virtusonlne.org

  Complete and submit the form below to register for the Seminar.

  Once you submit this completed form and your eligibilty will be checked by CYO, your 2024-2025 Athletic Directors Certification Card and spicial AD lanyard will be givenn to you at the Seminar.
