The Benefits Office is responsible for the administration of Diocesan risk management activities and related insurance programs (i.e., general liability, property, earthquake, special events, etc.). Additionally, this office administers employee health and welfare benefits throughout the Diocese of Oakland. These benefits include, but are not limited to, health and wellness programs, workers’ compensation insurance, retirement plans and statutory programs.
Below is comprehensive information regarding medical, dental/vision, prescription, retirement, life insurance, short/long term disability, flexible spending account and other benefits available to all full time (working 25 hours or more per week on a regular basis) employees throughout the Diocese of Oakland.
