Earn Your Catholic Scout Religious Award

Religious Awards are offered to scouts of every age. In earning the awards, scouts do projects around their faith with other scouts, their families and their parishes.
There is a new way to offer the Ad Altare Dei Award for older scouts - on line!  To counsel this award, counselors must attend a special workshop.

(Note: The Board of Review for Ad Altare Dei and Pope Pius XII Awards will not be on Saturday, January 29 but scheduled on demand via Zoom.  To schedule, contact Catholic Scouting.

The Diocese of San Jose will host the annual Scout Retreat-O-Ree on the weekend of October 12 - 13 at BSA Camp Cheesbrough in the Santa Cruz mountains.  A great weekend experence of Cam;ping and Faith for scouts!

Be a Counselor and Help Scouts Earn Their Religious Awards

Scouts need an adult, trained Religious Awards Counselor to earn their awards.  The annual Scout Religious Awards Counselor Training will be on Saturday September 28 2024 beginning at 9:00 a.m.  via Zoom. Click the link below for details and registration.
