Cathi Fisher has been appointed interim Victims Assistance Coordinator for the Diocese of Oakland, effective Oct. 27. Cathi recently retired as VAC from the Diocese of Sacramento after serving in this capacity for 10 years. Learn more through the link.

The SF Archdiocese is hosting a Women's Healing retreat, Dec. 10-12, for those who have had an abortion. Counseling, Mass and Sacrament of Reconciliation will be offered. This event is bilingual Spanish-English.

Bishop Michael C. Barber, SJ, has appointed Father Jimmy Macalinao as the diocesan point of contact for Synod 2021- 2023, a universal synod called by Pope Francis which opened on Oct. 10, 60 years after Pope John XXIII opened the Second Vatican Council.
